JAYA JENAY

Jenay, a native of Chicago, is a creative vocalist, songwriter, and performer. She was the voice
behind the intro on the syndicated Doug Banks radio show. Jaya Jenay has performed at various
locations around the Chicagoland area including, the main stage of the House of Blues and in it’s
Foundation Room. Jaya and her band Randym Noise has been a featured artist as well as an opening
act for various major artists. Artist such as Chrisette Michelle, Dwele, Anthony Hamilton and Kem
to name a few. Jaya has worked exclusively with local R&B and Hip Hop producer, Harvey Allbangers
of J.A.W. Entertainment and vocally trained by Lyndia Johnson of Sterling Voice Coaching. Growing
up listening to all types of music, Jaya initially focused on R&B and Soul but is currently expanding
her musical range, to include house music; creating house music with producers such as DJ Mickey
Calvin, DJ Lil John, Torin Edmond, Braxton Holmes, O. Toni Randle, Sheldon Goode, Sean Ali and
Munk Julious.
Presently working with Deep Sole Syndicate and Sounds of Ali Records. Jaya, is a deeply driven and
passionate artist who is inspired by love, and life lessons learned, which is reflected in her lyrics
and sound. She believes that “only you know your truth, so live it, it is what sets us free.” She is
excited about her latest project produced by Sheldon Goode, Sean Ali and Munk Julious to be
